Delicious Delights: Spa Day Treat
What kind of a spa day is it without some sweets? This little sweet treat will make your girlfriends beg for seconds. This is a little recipe I came up with last night. Follow my instructions for a delicious, chocolate and mint taste you and your friends won't forget anytime soon!
1/2 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 cup 2% Reduced Fat Milk
2 TEAspoons Peppermint Extract
12-15 Oreos
Whipped Cream *optional
Put Vanilla Ice Cream and Milk into the blender. Liquefy them until it they are thoroughly mixed. Then add 2 TEAspoons Peppermint Extract. Whirl all three ingredients together, on the Liquefy or the fastest setting you have on your blender. Taste for Flavor. Add a little bit more Peppermint Extract if desired. Whirl until everything is mixed in. If too thick, add TABLEspoons, one at a time, of milk until desired consistency is reached. Run a chef knife through the oreos, back and forth until they are chopped. Add 4/5 of the oreo into the blender. Whirl until evenly distributed into shake. Pour into separate glasses. *Put a swirl of Whipped Cream on top if desired. Sprinkle left over Oreo Crumbs onto tops of shake. Enjoy!

I've decided to add a bonus prize to my Spring Freebie. I am so grateful for my supporters and viewers. The bonus surprise I have selected is:

This brush is small, but mighty! I have used many, many of these. I have about 3 right now. They blend terrifically! They are fantastic for applying and blending mineral powders, veils and bronzers. Organic Wear by Physician's Formula Line Review
Organic Wear by Physician's Formula
Organic Wear is my top favorite Organic Make Up Line. I have so many products from this line, have tried most all of them, and love almost every single one I have used. They are all of 100% Natural Origin, and are all completely 100% free of Harsh Chemicals, Synthetic Preservatives, Parabens, GMO's, Synthetic Dies, Synthetic Fragrances and 100% Cruelty Free. There are all good for your skin, as well as the environment. Here's a list of my top favorite products from them:
Organic Wear100% Natural Origin Loose Powder Foundation- $13.95*
Favorite Shade: Creamy Natural
This is one of my favorite Powder Foundations.
The texture of this is awesome. It is so smooth and creamy. It smooths on perfectly, and blends miraculously. It has amazing coverage. It covers anything from the mildest to the worst of blemishes. It feels light and so very soft on your face. I have sensitive, dry skin and it looks wonderful and feels wonderful on my skin. It created no irritation at all.
Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Pressed Powder- $13.95*
Favorite Shades: Creamy Natural and Translucent Light
I am not a big fan of pressed powders. However, this is the best pressed powder I've ever used! Usually, the most common problems I have with pressed powders is that they have poor coverage, they're hard to apply, and they don't go on even or feel smooth. This is not the case. It packs into your brush so easily, it really catches and the application gets even better. It applies so smoothly and blends incredibly well. The coverage on here is great! It covers so well, and works great over tinted moisturizers as well as foundations.
Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Matte Finishing & Bronzing Veils- $13.95*
Favorite Shades: Translucent Organics & Bronze Organic Light Skin Tone
These work really well. I usually go for a veil or bronzer that has a shine to it. These are Matte, obviously they have no sheen or shine to them. They do keep your face very matte, and they apply well over your make up. You can wear this over a tinted moisturizer for a completely natural look. Like I said, I usually go for a veil that has shining sheen to it because I love the dewy look, however this is a great veil or bronzer if you want that matte look.
Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Blush- $11.95*
Favorite Shades: Rosy Organics and Pink Organics
This blush is really nice for those 'low key' days for me. I usually go for a more bold or shimmery blush for when I am 'dressing up'. This is great for those who want a completely natural looking blush. These are so subtle, yet they add just the perfect amount of color to your cheeks. The colors are very, very nice. They blend wonderfully, and last all day. They are super smooth, delicately soft, and perfectly pretty. These blushers are definitely in my top 5 blushers.
Organic Wear 100% Natural Origin Facial Makeup Remover Lotion- $9.95*
This is the best gentle makeup remover I have ever used. It is so gentle on your skin! I haven't tried many organic makeup removers, and if I purchase makeup remover- it is eye makeup remover, not facial makeup remover. I like this product because it is both! It actually is purposely formulated to be used on your eyes. It has OrganiSoy to help nourish and moisturize your eyelashes. It also has EcoOlive, a natural antioxidant to help protect your lashes from harmful environmental atmospheres and debris in our air. It really does remove your make up. Also, this is in a 'lotion' form which is very nice for dry skin, because it is very moisturizing. Don't be fooled by it being a 'lotion' though. It is still a wash. You rinse it off. I use mine in the shower right before my facial cleanser. This really leaves your skin feeling clean, soft, nourished and moisturized.
You can find all these products mentioned above on Physician's Formula's website:
Also, look for them in your local super markets, drug stores and department stores.
*Prices Vary- Prices on post were taken from Physician Formula's Official Website.

The CoverGirl Line Review
CoverGirl has always been one of my 'go to' Drugstore cosmetic lines. I love some of their products- and I definitely do not love others of theirs. Here are my top loves and hates from CoverGirl.
Loves:
Liquiline Blast Eye Liner
This is the best eyeliner I have ever used, by far. I love this! It glides on perfect, looks perfect, and smudges so easily to that totally sexy smoky eye look. I love the colors, and the price isn't too bad either. This is my favorite eyeliner!
Smoky Shadow Blast
These things are awesome. Application is beyond easy, and the look they create is flawless. I think I will do a youtube tutorial on my favorite look by these. My favorite is the Silver Sky. I love all of these, and they look great!
Lash Blast Mascara & Lash Blast Fusion Mascara
Both of these Mascaras are awesome. They are both very true to their color- and the best thing is the brush! It's so amazing, it doesn't clump at all! It separates your lashes before, during and after application so it doesn't make them stick together and also doesn't make them clumpy. Fantastic!
Hates:
The 'Clean' line of products. The entire line. I do not like the liquid foundation. The shades vary from bottle to bottle, and they have a lot of shades, which usually means that you can get a pretty exact fit. Nu-uh. I have never found a shade of foundation from this line that matches my skin whatsoever. I have fairly light skin so it's not like my color is not common.
The pressed powder is worse than the foundation. The colors, as above, are weird too. It's either pale white, or it's orange. The coverage is horrible in both of these products. I don't even think you can rightfully call it coverage. So, between the color problems, and the coverage, or the lack there of, I don't really like these products so much. The price is fantastic, but I would rather choose something different.
The products I have mentioned are the only CoverGirl products I really have a strong opinion about. I have tried many other CoverGirl products, and if I haven't mentioned them it's because they are either just alright, or their not 'too horrible.' CoverGirl gives out lots and lots of coupons, and their products often go on sale which probably has a lot to do with how many women refer to CoverGirl as their favorite Drug Store brand. Like I have said many, many times... Beauty shouldn't cause you to break the bank. A cosmetic that fits you perfectly, will always fit your wallet perfectly too.
Don't forget to enter my Spring Freebie. I'm giving away some CoverGirl cosmetics in that!

Bunny Look- Easter 2011
How To Get This Adorable, Bunny Look for Easter 2011:
1. After you've applied your regular make up, take a pink lip gloss, and apply it into the shape of an upside down triangle on the tip of your nose.
2. Apply a baby doll pink eyeshadow on top of the lip gloss, to really make that bunny nose pink.
3. Take black eyeliner and draw 3 whiskers on each cheek, like the picture shows above.
4. Then take that same black eyeliner, and draw the definition for the bunny's lips and under nose area like the picture above, also shows.
5. Apply the same pink lip gloss that you used for the base of the nose, to your lips.
Tip: For extra drama, apply a baby doll pink to your cheeks right on the apples where the whiskers start.
Have fun and don't forget your bunny ears!
You'll look so cute in this, nobody will not notice you!
